Calcium Carbonate Filler CC-05:

CC-05 is a specialized master batch to blow film and make injections.

Its carrier resin is LLDPE, only contains new type multi-functional micro particle. We produce this product by special process technology. When used in blowing film, CC-05 performces good dispersion in the LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE. It also  improves the extrusion efficiency.

Physical properties:

- MFI (190 Degree C, 5 kg): 15 +/- 5 g/10 min. (Test standard: GB3682-2000)

- Shape: Gray Granule

- Density: 1.6 - 1.8

- Powder size: 1250 mesh

Applications:

CC-05 can be used to make PE packing bags; agricultural film; PE hand-bag; PE T-shirt bag; PE garbage bags. 

Adding rate: 10%-40%

Injection, molding or extrusion molding products.

Adding rate: 20%-50%

Packing:

PE heavy-duty bag, 25Kg/bag.

Storage:

Product is sensitive to moisture. Please keep in cool and dry place. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90 Degree C within 30 minutes.
