Forging & casting blank moulding oxygen lance nozzle is composed of oxygen inlet pipe terminal, nozzle body, water fender, inner pipe, middle pipe and outer pipe. The nozzle body is one-piece structure moulded by forging & casting blank. There are oxygen inlet hole shrinkage cone Angle β at the bottom of oxygen inlet pipe terminal corresponding to spray oxygen pipe’s position and quantity of the nozzle body. The distinction between it and ordinary lance nozzle is that the nozzle body is made using integral forging molding process which effectively improves the density and hardness of nozzle body, especially around the end face and the export, changes the physical properties, mechanical properties of the nozzle., improving density from 8.5 to 8.9, hardness from As-cast hardness HL50 to HL350～380, and enhances thermal ability of nozzle, making slag adhesion on the nozzle end face difficult and easy to fall off and high temperature furnace slag and molten steel erosion of the nozzle end surface lessen. Furthermore, after forging, wall thickness becomes uniform and compact; cavity finish improved; water resistance reduced, under constant water supply pressure, the nozzle of the water supply intensity improved and the cooling effect ensured. The service life of nozzle is greatly increased to 2 times of conventional nozzle.
