Using computer automatic PLC control system, ensure that the control is accurate and reliable, circulation device to ensure uniform heat, dry treated wood color evenly, no odor, dryness of up to 6-8 water. According to the drying needs, maintain vacuum oxygen-free drying in the drying process, adjustable temperature between 160~221℃. Six sets of safety systems to ensure safety. Have advantages of strong corrosion-resistant, durable and flexible processing.  It is suitable for high-end wood processing enterprises in quantity production.

 Noted:This drying machine only need 3 days to finish drying wood, and solve the wood crack and deformation problems which always appeared on ordinary drying kiln.

 Technology

Stage 1:Heating stage: using high-temperature steam in the vessel make the temperature rises to 100-160 ℃, at this time wood moisture content down to close to saturation. High temperature drying time required depends on the wood of the initial moisture content, species and thickness of wood.

Stage 2:Heat treatment stage: Heat treatment in a closed furnace without oxygen, according to processing requirements, high temperature drying is completed, the tank temperature heat treatment rising to 160-221℃. Heat treatment time and temperature depend on wood species and thickness of wood.

Stage 3:Cooling and water mediate processing stage: After heating treatment, the wood be Cooled under a controlled condition, using circulating cooling system make the temperature of decreases gradually and then start water mediate processing.

2. 2.    The sealing way: With the gas-filled silica gel seal ring, the air filled style sealing effect of the equipment is significantly better than others’. And the life of the equipment is more than one year.
3. 3.    Safety interlocking methods of the door of the tank: Automatic pressure safety interlocking method and Manual safety interlocking method, it solved the safety problem of wrong operation.
4. 4.    Vacuum control: After setting a vacuum table, vacuum reaches a predetermined value, close the valve to stop the vacuum.
5. 5.    Condenser: steam condensate systems, automatic water system
6. 6.    Pressure Control: Using two pressure gauges, pressure tank through a valve control, reaches a predetermined pressure value after closing the valve and stop the boost and maintain pressure after a certain time relief. Design 2 flange open safety valves, after reaching the design pressure relief valve automatically opens, ensure the safety of the tank.
7. 7.    Load: Two rail tank, using the 9th road rail. Good bearing, long life, safe and convenient.
