Cold Cutting Saw
This machine is designed by the world’s advanced technology, and takes the high technical level in the round and square pipe products cutting. It can reach high precision even within±1mm and the pipe ends is smooth with no burr, whether used in carbon or stainless steel products. Travel guide rail uses high-precision linear guide way.
The system adopts numerical control to ensure the highly control precision. The touch screen can not only observe but also control operation of trolley by change different parameters. In cold cutting process, very little heat generate, which can avoid the cutting part stress and structure changing; and the saw blade has little pressure to the pipe, and will not result in the pipe end deformation and inner stress changing. |
