Appearance: white or translucent wax-like solid. Melting temperature (℃): 60-70

Jiangnian value%: ≥ 98 activation of%: ≥ 96

Volatile%: ≤ 0.15 impurities and points: ≤ 1

Thermal decomposition temperature: 310 ℃ toxicity test: LD50> 3200mg/kg


Third, usage and consumption:


1. Pretreatment law: Fill in the first high-speed mixer, preheat to 110-130 ℃, to remove water, then input coupling agent, high-speed stirring about 5 minutes after discharging.

2. Directly join the law: if fill water below 0.5 percent, to join direct coupling agent.

3. Reference amount:

Al coupling agent PVC resin acid filler 0.5 - 1.3%

Al acid coupling agent polyethylene resin ABS rubber filler 0.7 - 1.2%

Al acid lipid coupling polypropylene packing 0.5 - 1 percent

Al acid lipid coupling ultra-fine rubber, plastic packing 0.8 - 2%

4, durability period: 30 months (40 ℃ below, home dry, dark, cool).

5, packaging:

1, 1kg of plastic film packaging bags.

2, for the 20kg carton packaging.

3, according to user requirements packaging.
