Very large presses more than 45 m long and 9 ft wide and very fast presses are our speciality, thickness from 2.5-40mm, the production speed is from 5 to 90m/min,suitable for MDF/Particleboard/Composite board. We have developed a specific steam spray resin system, and  flexible infeed geometry, which guarantees high reliability at very high production speeds, especially in the case of thin fiberboards.

Present trends – MDF/THDF board

Thin boards with a thickness of 2 –8 mm open up new applications and markets. They are given preference in the manufacture of interior trims for railroad cars, recreation vehicles (RV), picture frames, packing material, furniture and rear panels, drawer bottoms as well as molded or even door faces.

Extremely loadable layer-by-layer –the LVL board

LVL is made of glued veneer, has excellent physical properties and continuous manufacture is the standard in the plants we deliver. High strength makes the LVL board a popular product used for engineered wood applications.

THE NEW TYPE OF STEAM SPRAY RESIN APPLICATION SYSTEM

Advantages:

1. The atomization of resin is better. The resin particles are smaller. The resin is applied more evenly to the fibers.

2. Due to the instant heating of the resin by steam the water-solubility is increased. Thus better atomization effect is achieved.

3. The nozzles are self-cleaning.

4. 8% to 15% resin can be saved with this new system

MAT HEATER

The mixture of hot air and steam from the mat heater penetrates the mat to increase the mat temperature in the core layer and the surface layers evenly. The mat temperature before entering into the press can be increased up to 65 C. About 20-35% capacity increase can be achieved with the mat heater.

Hydraulic system

The system is controlled by proportional valves. The pressure distribution is even. Each hydraulic cylinder can be controlled

Flexible press inlet

The lower heating plate is bent. The bending diameter can be manually adjusted. The upper heating plate is also bent. The diameter can be adjusted by the control system automatically.
