KRWY series mould laser welding machine is a specially designed for mould industry, suitable for repairing medium & small size moulds and machinery parts. It is the application of laser local deposition welding technology in the field of tools and moulds.

1. It adopts imported ceramic condensing cavity which has long life time as 8 to 10 years and features of anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance. And the working life of Xenon lamp can reach 10 millions.
2. Advanced the state-of-the-art automatic shading system, limit the damage to eyes.
3. Unique design makes it suitable for repairing all kinds of large, medium and small size moulds.
4. High flexibility that the laser head and optics can rotate 360 degrees, worktable can be automatically up and down.
5. Small welding spot and welding seam, neat and nice effect. The work piece doesn't change color and can directly for grinding & polishing after welding.
