B:     the working principle of UV machine

(1) The product is placed on the roller conveyor;

(2) It is transported to the dust removal work directly under the dust collector;

(3) Transport it to the bottom of the LED light, and make the uv varnish surface dry;

(4) Move under the mercury lamp, and the varnish is completely cured;

(5) Laminate while hot, and PVC is covered on the board under the action of the set pressure and temperature;

(6) The film is cut off, and the products are stacked and packaged for transportation.
