Seamless Stainless Steel Hydraulic pipe

1) Standard
​Stainless steel hydraulic pipe is manufactured under below standards:
   - ASTM A 269, ASTM A213, ASTM A312
   - EN 10216-5 TC1 / TC2
   - PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000
   - NACE MR0175/ISO 15156

2)  Steel Grades
Ruimai manufacture hydraulic pipe in a wide range of stainless steel / duplex steel/ super duplex steel according to ASTM or EN/DIN stardard as below:
ASTM / AISI: 316 /316L, 304/304L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347 / 347H, S31803, S32750,S32760, 2205, 904 / 904L.
EN/DIN: 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4401/1.4404, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571, 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4539

3)  Delivery condition:
Hydraulic pipe is delivered in bright annealed condition or Solution annealed and pickled, Polished conditions.

4)  Size Range
The most popular size range of hydraulic pipe is as below:

• Outer Diameter: 3 mm to 76 mm;
• Wall thickness: 0.5 mm - 15 mm
• Tolerance: O.D. min. +/-0.03mm, WT min. +/-7.5%.

5)  Main Features:
Smooth surface, no cracks and other defects, hardness below HRB80 and high precision tolerances reducing the risk of leakages when connecting tubes with couplings, high cleanliness(on request).
