5. All bearing adopts HRB, ZWZ, LYC, WANXIANG high quality bearing.

6. Adopts electric separation, pneumatic lock-up, pneumatic rising up the printing plate, electric control ink distribution, can stop machine but no stop ink supply, prevent the water base ink dry and fading when machine intermittence.

7. Adopts fission pneumatic fixed position, when machine separate can make the position of engagement of gear no change, adjustable size not change, no need adjusting size again, Improve the production efficiency.

8. Adopts cross-shaped slide block structure, whatever 2mm—11mm board, when adjusting gap between rollers, the gap of beck lash of gear will not change, guarantee the precision of printing, extend the working life of gears.

Lead edge feeding unit:

1. Mechanical cam Lead edge paper feeding device, rubble wheel type paper feeding, equipped with induced-draught fan, improve paper feeding precision.

2. High speed paper feeding, low noise, when there is thin board or warping board, can reduce the inferior-quality product.

3. Inverter control vacuum air and pressure, improve feeding precision, adjustable according the thickness of corrugated board.

4. Back baffle moving by manual adjusting, angle manual adjusting.

5. Equipped with interval feeding function, according demand choose continuous feeding or interval feeding

Printing unit:

1. Printing plate diameter: 480mm (include plate), surface grinding, hard chrome plated polishing, thickness 12---14mm high quality steel plate welding, balance treatment, printing press roller diameter: 159mm, seamless steel pipe, high thickness 14mm, surface grinding hard chrome plated, welding after balance treatment.

2. Printing roll phase adjustment is planetary gear drives device, digital 3600 electric phase adjusting printing and corner cutting & slotting position, adjustable in running or stop condition, reduce adjusting time, Improve productivity.

3. Anilox roller diameter 159mm，steel anilox roller，mesh 180---220LPI, rubble roller diameter 127mm seamless steel pipe, thickness 16mm, The bread high quality rubber, roller surface with high, to compensate for deformation, make the ink layer more even, the ink effect is better.

4. Electric ink distribution can auto washing ink roller, electric element CHINT, CHINAPEOPLE.

Slotting unit:

1. Slotting unit: slotting knife synchronous moving, can adjusting four group upper slotting blade size, downward roller can according the thickness of paperboard adjusting promotion and demotion gaps, insure when slotting no shifting, save adjusting time. Slotting with creaser parts is linkage moving, manual control

2. Equipped with digital 360o electric phase adjusting device.

Rotary die cutting unit:

1.  Die cutting roller surface grinding and hard chrome plated, after balance treatment, Die cutting pads, install and change fast and convenience, die cutting blade edge is smooth, long working life, soft roller adopt mechanical Horizontal swing moving, distance is 40mm, Ensure that every time crosscut incision not at the same location, effectively maintain die set of durability

2.  Die cutting adopts Speed difference device, auto adjusting soft roller speed, insure size is the same each batch.

3.  Equipment with auto repair soft roller cover device, in the condition of abrades soft roller cover, auto repair.

4.  Rubble roller after balance treatment, roller surface fine grinding hard chrome plated polishing, pads is TAIWAN MAXDURA Die Cutting Anvil Cover, Wear resistance, long life, chip design easy to change.
