1,  Suitable Injection Machines for 430x430 business air conditioner molds, DKM 380 TON servo power machine for 2 cavity swing blades mold, DKM 650 TON servo power machine for diffusers molds and cover panel molds;

2,  Injection system: hot runner turned to submarine gate for diffusers molds, edge gate for swing blades molds, timing valve gate for cover panel molds. Direct cone or hot runner turn to submarine gate for blower fan molds;
3,  Ejection system: Mechanical ejection + hydraulic ejection;
4,  Water cooling system: Mold cavity part linked with mold temperature controller, the temperature is 65 degree;core part linked with normal temperature water;
5, Plastic material: ABS PA 716, MFI 38 g/10min; ABS 757,MFI 22 g/10min. and ABS+25%GF or AS+25%GF.
