The total thickness is combined by each material, like 100micron = 50PET 50EVA.�It normally sees 2 layers to laminate a small paper substrate inside for the purpose of prevention from water, corrosion and tear.There is also 3 layers pouch lamination film available.We use heat sensitive laminating film for pouch lamination.�Sheet with lamination films passed through heated rollers and sticks together by terms of heat. The heated rollers move with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute for bonding strength of the laminating pouch.Laminating supplies selection is very critical to get good bond strength. Some pouch laminators provide facility of variable temperature and speeds.
