Wintone Passport Reader is a Demo for reading various kinds of travel documents by using our own Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. It uses the outward facing camera on a smartphone to capture the image, OCR processing, and data extraction automatically. It supports scanning and decoding of a vast range of documents with MRZ( Machine Readable Zone) according to ISO standards, which includes passport and identification card worldwide.
