Main characteristics:

★ with bottle neck clippingtransmission structure, the bottle conveyance is stable; very convenient andswift to use different bottles for filling in the same machine by adjusting theheight of conveyor and several exchanging parts.

★  Filling machineadopts micro negative pressure gravity type filling theory, the filling isquick, stable, and accurate. It is with temperature control system and liquidreflow system, which fit the requirements of hot filling under 95℃. There is no hygiene dead corner inthe filling valves and liquid pipes. It is equipted with CIP automaticcleansing connectors so that user can connect it to CIP for cleansing. Thebottle mouth rinsing device before capping and after filling ensures no liquidleft at the bottle mouth and prevent it from mildew.

★  Withspring type washing clipper, empty bottles are turned 180°along the guiding roll for inside rinsing; the washing nozzle adoptsplum blossom shape multiple holes to rinse the bottle bottom, washingefficiency is high.

★ Capping machine adoptsFrance technology, the capping is by magnet torque; the cap catching adoptstwice catching to ensure the veracity.The capping force is adjustable, constanttorque capping will not damage caps and the cap is good sealed and reliable.

★rotating type capunscrambler adopts air unscrambling, with functions of cap surfacedamage-resistance, alarm if lack of cap, auto cap feeding etc.

★ The whole machine isoperated by touch screen, controled by PLC and frequency convertor etc., withfunctions of cap feeding system automatic control, filling temperatureautomatic detection,high beverage temperature alarm, stop working for lowbeverage temperature and automatic reflow, no bottle no cap feeding, waitingwhen lack of bottles, stopping if bottle is blocked or no cap in cap guidingpipe.
