ISO Certificated High Performance Cheap SO2 Salt Spray Testing corrosion Chamber involves a salt spray fog with the addition of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) gas directly into the salt spray testing chamber or cabinet. The salt spray solution is defined either by mutual agreement or by the specifications covering the material or product to be tested.
The (SO2) gas should be introduced into the salt spray cabinet in a manner that insures a uniform dispersion within the chamber.
Features:
Anti-corrosive PVC plate is formed integrally through pressing and with no leakage.The space between tank lid and tank body is water sealed with no air leaking .While the lid,which is made of transparent material,allows you to observe the testing items inside clearly to know the status.It has been equipped with double air filter to ensure that the emission gas brings no contamination to environment.Wired control board and other electrical components are positioned in certain places for easy check and maintenance.
Preparation program
Preparation of neutral salt solution
The analytically pure sodium chloride dissolved in purified water at a concentration of (50 ± 10) g / L. Determination of PH test paper test solution at 25 ℃ PH value of 6.5 to 7.5. AR hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust the solution when out of range.
Preparation of acetic acid salt spray solution
First analytically pure sodium chloride are dissolved in purified water at a concentration of (50 ± 10) g / L, and then adjust the PH value of the solution with acetic acid, so that in the 3.1 to 3.3 range, the PH value with the collected salt fog sample measured. PH value should be measured at 25 ℃, the prepared solution was filtered before use required.
Copper accelerated solution preparation
The first step would be consistent with the analytical solution of sodium chloride in compliance with GB6682XX water at a concentration (50 ± 10) g / L.
The second step was added in 3.8 liters of reagent grade copper chloride brine to dissolve thoroughly mixed.
The third step with acetic acid to adjust the PH value of the solution to within the range of 3.1 to 3.2, with the PH value
