Two, working principle
Four roller three crusher is the use of four high strength wear-resistant alloy roller, the relative rotation of the high extrusion force and shear force to break the material. Materials into the top two and V type of crushing chamber by two and relative rotation of the extrusion of, for the first time, the grinding material jiga and mesh (thick broken), and then enter the relative rotation of the two middle and V type crushing chamber by secondary jiga and meshing grinding (fine broken), and finally into two and V type crushing chamber by the third jiga, shear and meshing grinding (ultra finely crushed into the required size from discharging mouth eduction.
