Description:

Sodium salt of poly-naphthalene sulphonic acid is a dispersant, used as reducing dyestuff and dispersing dyesstuff. It has such characteristics as an excellent grind effect, high dyeing ability, dispersibility heat stability ect. The product may be compounded with various kinds of dispersant to adapt to commercial requirements of various kinds of dispersing dyestuff.

Appearance: Beige brown powder

Dispersion force: ≥95%

Sodium sulfate (Na2SO4): ≤5%, ≤18%

pH (1% aqueous solution): 7-9

Water insoluble matters: ≤0.05%

Calcium and magnesium content: ≤4000ppm

Applications:

※ In dyeing and printing industry, dispersant NNO is used for vat dyes suspension pat dyeing,implicit acid method dyeing, dispersive and solubilised vat dyes dyeing and so on.

※ Used for silk fabrics or wool interwoven fabrics dyeing, and make the silk colorless.

※ In dyeing industry, it’s mainly used as dispersing agent during dispersant and lake production, stabilizer for rubber latex, and tanning auxiliary for leather.
