Artistic agglomerated stonehas developed rapidly in recent years and still has very big potential space of development with the rapid development of country’s economy and the people’s living standard.

Artisticagglomerated stones can be used to make construction decoration materials and decorations or used as crafts. 

1) Artisticagglomerated stone, which is made of pure natural inorganic material, has the effect of natural stone and will not volatilize harmful organic substances.

2) It does not contain any organic chemical composition and is tasteless and non-toxic.

3) It can take shape under normal temperature and can be used to process styling products such as sculptures and crafts.

4) Its strength, impact resistance, appearance, texture and degree of finish are all similar to natural stone.

5) It is fireproof, waterproof and weather-resistant and has strong plasticity and good surface coating performance.

6) Because of not containing resin component, the waste can be used for land filling, which will not affect the soil and water quality.

7) The size deformation of cementing material is very low and it is suitable for all kinds of complicated structures.

Technical innovation point:

Replace the traditional cement-based cementing materialswith the white crack resistance fast setting rapid hardening high belite sulphate aluminumcement, which maycompletely solve the cracking and wrapping problem of traditional cement-based materials. The dimensional change rate of white crack resistance double-fast cementis just 1/10~1/8 of that of Portland cement, whichacceptsstrict control before leavingthe factory, thus solves thecracking problemsfundamentally.

Physical properties: 4h compressive strength  ≥15MPa, 28d compressive strength  ≥60Mpa and 28d dimensional change rate is ±0.04%.
