 Yonglijian Aluminum Co. Ltd. was established in 1986 and located in Foshan, Guangdong. More than 200000 sq.m area.  It is a large scale aluminum factory, specialized in kinds of decorative aluminum profiles for window, door, curtain wall, ceiling, furniture and industrial profile, etc. We provide design, fabrication, and installation of window, door, and curtain wall construction. The capacity of extrusion profiles reaches up to 100000 tons, and engineering capacity of doors & window up to 3000000sq.m.

We have 5 polishing machines, 3 horizontal anodizing and electrophoresis coating lines which can produce profiles up to 7.2 meters long. There are also 4 powder coating lines. One is imported from switzerland. They can produce various aluminum profiles of powder spraying, pvdf, wooden grain and 3D wooden. Our aluminum profiles export to all over the world.

Aluminum profile thickness:1.0-2.0mm, normally 1.4mm for windows, 

2.0mm for doors

Anodized: Sliver, Bronze, Black, ect

Powder coated: Any colors are available

Electrophoresis: Silver, Bronze, Champagne

PVDF: Any colors are available

Thermal break aluminum section & Non thermal break aluminum section.

Glass details:

Type of Glass:Float Glass, Insulated Double Glass, Reflective Glass,Low-E Glass,Tempered Glass, Laminated Glass, Customized Art Glass.

Glass thickness: 

Single Glass thickness: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 20mm,30mm, 40mm

Glass color: Clear/super clear/Tinted Blue/Light Green/ect.

Hardware: High quality, made in China of well-know brand (Kinlong), Made in Germany (Roto)

Accessories: Use EPDM sealant rubber, Stainless steel #304 accessories

• What is your main products?

A: We can supply the aluminum window and door complete system (Including aluminum profile, glass, hardware, accessories), also can provide the aluminum profile only, then you process on your factory by yourself.

• What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A: Our windows and door is custom made, we always manufacture as per your dimension.

4: What is your delivery time?

A: 30days for 500 square meters.

5: Will we need to install the glass onsite or your windows come with the glass installed?

A: We will install glass at our factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and it is easy for your to install the whole windows/doors on site directly.

• What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?

A: We provide 5 years warranty, including frame unfading nor peel- off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.

If quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier.

7: What kinds of service will you provide?

A: We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our windows and doors, curtain wall as well.
