FR4 is a composite material composed of woven fiberglass cloth with an epoxy resin binder that is flame resistant (self-extinguishing).

"FR" stands for flame retardant, and denotes that safety of flammability of FR4 is in compliance with the standard UL94V-0. 

FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet is a popular and versatile high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate grade with good strength to weight ratios.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
