It's used for spreading/folding rolled fabric into multiple layers (in piles up to 22cm)

It is equipped with an end cutter, automatic folding and cutting rolls of cloth into sheets in a neat and efficient manner, saving time and manpower.

Features:

1.     Applied to woven & knit fabric with not so great elasticity, rolled fabric & folded fabric

2.     Split control for single-way spreading and zigzag way spreading

3.     Shifting to standby mode automatically upon 5 minutes idle, energy-saving

4.     Fabric loading sensor: machine returns back to starting line when fabric runs out

5.     Edge control sensor: alignment accuracy is 3mm for neat edge fabric, normally within 5mm.

6.     Convenient tension-adjusting thru an external knob while it's working. Machine does not need to stop.

7.     Cutting device: the auto cutter can be dismounted. Travel length & speed can be adjusted. Auto-sharpening

8.     Emergency stop: The brake lines under 2 sides of the table can be easily pulled upon emergency.

9.     Frame auto pressing on cloth end (optional): ensure smoothness
