 Eectrolytic capacitor aluminum Coating case 

It is the upgrade of Old type aluminum electrolytic capacitor case, so far the only one who can produce this new kind coating case in mainland China. Use clean-washed aluminum roll, coat aluminum surface evenly with PU coating, it can stand 265 centigrade high temperature for 3 minutes and 500V high voltage, then through cutting, multi-step forming etc process, a coating case for electrolytic capacitor comes out , it can replace the old non-coating aluminum case of PVC insulating sleeve .

Material :

1.Use AL content above 98% pure industrial Aluminum roll 

2 The chemistry content meet RoHS European environment protection command.

3.The tensile strength of raw aluminum :130-160MPA,ductility＞5-12% 

4.Coating material ‘s formula and coating solvent conform to RoHS standard

5.Coating layer’s ductility above 2 times of draw ratio

6. Coating layer can stand high temperature of 265 centigrade for three minutes without color  change and do not become yellow; and stand high voltage of 500 V no breakdown 

Appearance :

1. The inside and outside of aluminum case should be clean and smooth, no remaining oil obvious, water mark or becoming black, allow to have one or two spot, the max spot should not beyond φ2mm.  

2. Coating layer is complete and no crack damage, smooth shinning surface, no mechanical damage mark,dent, burr or wrinkle.

3. Coating aluminum case’s cut surface should be smooth, no obvious burr, the vertical degree between cut surface and datum axis should conform to drawing’s requirements.

4. The bottom surface of aluminum case should be level , and dent area should not over 0.2mm.

Coating layer strength 

Coating layer should have good extensibility and good wear resistance , the surface hardness  reach 3H of pencil’s hardness.

Coating surface thermal endurance

Coating layer should meet the working temperature of SMD, and can stand high temperature of 265 centigrade for three minutes without color change and do not become yellow; and stand high voltage of 500 V no breakdown 

CI content ratio :  The CI content ratio should below ≤1ppm
