Correct way of installation is very important. Please double check our installation guide before doing your project.

1. Always leave space (5 -7mm ) between 2 boards, or between board and wall;
2. Where there are 2 board ends meet, put 2 pcs of keels under each board end;
3. Keep the space of 2 keels at 25 -30cm;
4. Do not use glue to install;
5. Do not use our product where is always wet and sunless;
6. The length is better shorter than 2.2m. The length is longer than 2.2m please leave suitable space according to wpc Shrinkage;

There is no MOQ. But the price will be different.

5.What is your payment term? 
30% T/T Deposit in advance, the balance before shipping or against the copy of B/L.

6.What is the sample price and sample production time? 
If you need check sample first , the samples are free; However,you need pay the shipping charge , and the charge will be refund to you when mass order confirmed . You are responsible for freight Sample production time Within 5 days.

7.What is mass production time for one 20ft container? 
10-15 days

8. What is the export port? 
Shanghai or Nanjing

9. Can you stick the label with our logo on the boards?
Yes, please provide the label drawing, we can stick the customized label on the board.

10.Is it difficult to install the wpc board?

No, it is easy to install. Using the tool which you use to install the real wood. Fix the board on the substructure with clips.

11.Can it be used around a spa or swimming pool?
WPC composite decking boards are ideal for use around spas and pools.
