Synthetic diamond is similar to natural diamond in quality, so it is often used to process priceless jewelry, because it can be cut into a variety of shapes and polished to achieve many different finishes. As we all know, it is the hardest material, which has high wear-resistance and thermally stability, so it also be widely used in industry, such as cold working in optical glass, metal wire drawing, geological drilling, ceramics, auto parts and other mechanical processing, which has caused a revolutionary technology reform, improving the processing efficiency and accuracy by tens or hundreds of times.

Now there are two methods of synthetic diamond technology, one is HPHT diamond, namely  which simulates the interior of the earth environment, give graphite high temperature and high pressure to manufacture diamond. The other is CVD diamond, namely chemical vapor deposition diamond, a simulation of the outer space in the vacuum environment to make carbon atoms deposited directly into big diamonds.
