Haiwang ZKJ high frequency linear vibrating screens are used for high efficiency screening of pulp, material dewatering, tailings stacking, and slurry purifying lamp operation. It has large capacity, high efficiency, and small occupation area. Many different screen deck angles are used for different screening requirements. A slurry pool forms at the feed end depending on upward screen angle. Its hydrostatic head helps pulp pass through the screen resulting in large material handling capacity. The screen utilizes double motor self-synchronizing vibrator. Linear vibrating track, which is created by synchronous and reverse rotation of two motors, promotes the transportation, dewatering and discharge of oversize products (coarse particles). Utilizing rubber vibration absorber spring, it has the advantage of low noise, small power consumption, and small equipment dynamic load. The polyurethane or stainless steel anti-wear screen cloth make it has high rate of screen deck openings, high dewatering efficiency and long life.
