1. Brief description: 

The LRS snack food machine makes the material be modified by the high temperature and 

high pressure with the twin screws , through mould leak the pression to produce the inflation 

effection,then through mould,roast,spray the oil or flavour on the surface of food to get the final 

product .

1). The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. 

And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, 

when roasting or replacing of materials.

2). Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely

3). It adopts speed adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel 

twin screw feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.

4).Adopted the Delta inverters, ensure the extruder better running.

5). The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life

6). Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive

2. Raw material: Adopt corn, rice powder, wheat flour, oats, barely, millet, sorghum etc as main ingredients. 

3.Final producrts shape:  Variety shape are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star. wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder. 

4. Capacity:  100~150kg/h  200~260kg/h  400~500kg/h

6. China standard industrial voltage:  The phase 380V/50Hz, single phase 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage acording to different countries.(400V, 415V, 440V for option)

7. Machine materials:  All the machine are made by stainless steel 201, (if you have special requirement, we also have S.S304/316), this whole line is with reasonable design and with high automatic, the srew are made by alloy steel, with building block systerm structure and self-cleaning function.

Packaging & Shipping

The machine is possible to pack in wooden case or nuele pack after by plastic film.

4. What's the payment terms if we want to buy the machines?

    L/C, T/T 30% down payment, 70% balance before delivery.
