Production Instruction :

5. Package: packed in a plastic bag or upon custom's request.

Care Of Synthetic Wigs :
1.Do NOT expose wigs to extreme heat! Heat from cooking with an open oven, steam, blow dryers and curling irons damage the hair fiber.
2.Generally, washing once a month can be sufficient, depending on how often you wear your wig.
3.Synthetic wigs are pre-styled. It is never a good idea to brush a synthetic wig.
For a curly style, simply take the wig cap from the nape (neck) area and shake for a few seconds. This will set it free. You can use a wire pick to separate sections or tame wild hairs,but it is best not to pull too hard or push away from the natural direction.
For straight styles, just run your fingers gently over the hair to smooth stray hairs. If necessary, gently comb softly.
Return Policy:
1. Only consider returns if hair is quality problem（if have any quality problem for the hair, pls contact us within 2-3 days after received the hair ）
2. We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied
3. Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
4. Returns over 14 days are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
5. Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
6. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.
