 Belt conveyor is widely used in mining metallurgy coal and other industries and can be used to transfer buik materials in pieces. According to different transferring requirment the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors or combined with other transferring equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring equipments.

Working principle of Belt Conveyor
 
Our belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor frame, belt, roller, transmission device and so on. The frame is made of high-quality steel, and the height of its front and rear legs are different, which makes the plane surface form a certain angle (not more than 20o). The core of the belt is made from cotton, nylon or canvas. The frame is equipped with belt roller or carrier roller to support conveyor belt. In the drive unit, there are gear motor drive and motor pulley drive.
