MTW series multi-spindle winding machine includes4, 8,16and 24  main spindles  and can execute the precise linear winding.

The individual machines such as automatic terminal inserting machine, taping machine, coil parameter testing machine and stacking machine can beconneted together with the winding machine to execute  the fully automated production.

Machine Features

Control system is YASKAWA FCS (Fieldbus Control System) and kinematics accuracy can be controlled within 0.01mm. The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.

With the adoption of Meteor’s professional software of winding machine, various kinds of winding with high difficulties can be realized. The interface is in Chinese and English version is optional. The operation is extremely easy, even for people who have never used Meteor Software before. More than 60 programs can be stored and called directly . 

The following winding parameters can be displayed on the monitor: model #, products name and related program name, executing state, Spindle speed, production quantities, number of loops, error description and etc.  

Optimized design of winding fixture for quick changeover.  

It is applicable for large-amount winding for small and medium-sized bobbins with high precision and high efficiency ,such as Relay, valve, Ignition coil, Solenoid, ,Stepping motor, Switching coil, Car meter coil, etc.

Based on the process of products, the following units can be selected for assembly: Twisting unit , Air-pressure scissors, Simple cutter, Automated bobbin loading and unloading unit,  Free position wire clamping unit, Wire vacuum unit, Security door, Security raster and LED lamp and etc.
