All of our signs have one year warranty. Feel free to send us e-mail any time with questions or concerns and we will reply within 24 hours!Even though we package our signs in a professional manner, neon tubes are glass so they are fragile. If your sign arrives damaged we will IMMEDIATELY send a brand new sign to you at no extra cost! You just need to send a photo for us, you will NOT need to return the broken sign to us. It will help us to find out the causes of shipping damage, so that we can improve the packing for next time.

Condition Note:
All of our signs are brand-new and real neon! They are true hand-blown, gas-filled glass neon signs! They are NOT plastic tube lights or LED signs. Our neon signs can be hung on a wall or in a window with the included chain. All of our signs come complete with everything you need. Just hang them up, plug them in, and enjoy!
