Black iron wire has good elasticity and toughness. Its hardness can be controlled in the annealing process. It is made of high quality iron wire and is mainly used in construction industry as binding wire. The wire number mainly includes 5#-38# (with wire diameter from 0.17 to 4.5mm)
Features: it is softer than ordinary black iron wire with stronger toughness, uniform softness and consistent chroma.
Application: it is mainly used in building, mine, chemical industry, wire welding, hanger welding reprocessing, etc. The iron wire gets softer and the toughness increases after annealing, so it is especially suitable for steel bar binding.
At present, the production of annealed wire and steel wire usually adopts drawing technology and galvanized processing.
Package: the package of black wire is the same as that of galvanized wire, including plastic-inside and fiber-outside and plastic-inside and weave-outside, that is to wrap the wire with thin plastic first and then wrap it with gunny-bag or woven bag.
