Description:

S12 is special dendritic structure additive, produced by Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.,Ltd, which can promote the processability of polypropylene polymer, widely applied in pipe, board, cwire and cable, machine parts, shells etc.

Applications：

Processing of polypropylene.

Product initial thermal decomposition temperature 280 ℃. Processing temp depends on formulations.

Performance：

1. Remove shark skin, scales (melt fracture phenomenon, improve products surface brightness and smoothness);
2. Reduce the melt pressure, prolong the service life of equipment

3.  Improve the melt index, reduce the melt viscosity. Melt Index can be increased 50%-100% by dosage of 0.5% in pure PP system, increase production capacity;

4.  Reduce overall cost, perfect quality, not or little affect mechanical performance (tensile strength, bending strength, flexural modulus, impact strength)

Advice of dosage

Pure PP material system: 0.3-1% (Melt Index can be increased 50%-100% by dosage of 0.5% )

PP filling material system: 0.5-2%.

Storage

The products should be stored at a dry, cool place, storage temperature should be lower than

45 ℃.
