                Vegetable oil instrument turbine flow meter

The turbine flow meter can test non-conductive liquid and the medium temperature is ≤ 80C. 

According to customer requirements,we can also manufacture temperature-pressure compensation type.

1.  TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

a) Temperature of fluid  -20°C~+120°C

b) Temperature of environment  0°C~+50°C

c) Accuracy ±0.5%  1%

d) Li-MnO2battery (inside) can work for over 6 years

e) Transducer output 4-20mA signals  resistance<500Ω

f)  LCD displays flowrate(6 digits) & total quantity(8 digits)

g) Power-off protection of total quantity and K-factor, protect time more than 10 years

2 . FIXING  OF  INSTRUMENT 

a)  Fixing differs on various sizes of pipes

b) The instrument can be fixed horizontally, vertically or leaning, the pipe must be full of liquid and without gas in it

c) Follow the direction indicator on the surface of sensor, upstream length must be more than 20DN, downstream length at least 7DN

d) Instrument should be away from any electromagnetic field, shielding measures take should be taken if necessary.

e) If the flowmeter works in open air, a waterproof shell is recommended
