The helically seamless wound tank/pipe production line is designed to manufacture the large diameter tanks/pipes. The complete line is computer controlled and production is monitored. This production line is a very cost effective way to make the large diameter tanks/pipe comparing the traditional way (sheet bending and welding) .
 
The production line consists one or two single screw extruder with the output up to 400kg/h. The color layer or function layer can be added with different extruder configuration and different function material can be added such as glass fiber, etc.
 
This production can produce the tank/pipe from DN/ID600mm to DN/ID4500mm, the standard length is 6.5 m, longer is possible (upto 9m or 11m), if customer required. The thickness range is from 5mm to 250mm. If required, the machine can be equipped with an upgrade to produce a special double wall for leakage control.
 
The BH-Line can produce tanks from DN/ID1000mm up to DN/ID4000mm, and the maximum length of one tank is 7m (the mandrel length is 7,50m). The range of wall thicknesses is from 5mm up to 250mm. If required, the machine can be equipped with an upgrade to produce a special double wall for leakage control.
 
The complete machine can be assembled and disassembled in a very short time so in special cases, like for big projects, the machine can be moved easily as no fundament is needed.
