This welding flux is a special flux used for manufacturing AWS E6013.
This electrode coated with this spocial flux provides excellent welding performances and mechanical properties. It is suitable for welding important low carbon steel structures and low alloy steel structures and other critical structures, for instance ships, buildings, birdges, pressure containers, etc.
Pouring mixed material in bag into mixter and dry mixing for a few minutes, then adding some waterglass (Potassium Silicate) in mixed material and wet mixing for a few minutes, So wet mixed material can be used for electrode production.
