1. Vacuum feeder : take the corn seeds to the hot air popper
2. Hot air popper : pop the corn seeds with high temperature hot air , 100% oil free
3. Screening machine : screen the unpopped corn seeds and the broken pieces
4. Conveyor : take the popcorn to the next machine
5. Coating system : the coating tank has heating system , which can melt caramel / chocolate , then you pour popcorn into the cpating tank , turn on the stirring syste , it will mix the popcorn with melted caramel / chocolate equally
6. Conveyor : to take the coated popcorn to the next machine
7. Separating machine : with blower and separating teeth in the rotary drum ,it is used to tear apart the coated popcorn to avoid them stick together and cool them down to be suitable for packaging .
