Characteristics of roller type mesh belt furnace equipment:
1 mesh belt drive on roller supporting synchronous rotation, stable operation, small mesh belt tension, effectively prolong its life.
2 the front end of the quenching furnace is provided with a preheating chamber, and the waste heat is returned to the waste heat to save energy.
3 heating element is inserted into the electric radiant tube, which is convenient to change.
4 sets of equipment for the use of PLC centralized control, high degree of automation.
