Feeding department :

It adopts the combination of chain-paper feeding style ensuring paper feeding steady and reducing the rate of spoiled products.

Printing department

1the rinting roller diameter .400mm. 480MM  530mm

2,Adopt computer-digit phase controller ,input the digit adjustment phase directly which adjusts quickly and precisely.

3,Auto rise the ink plate ,the inker turning to prevent ink dried.

4,Adopt electrically separation ,pneumatic locking and pneumatic bake

5Ink supplied by pneumatic diaphragm pump

6Main transmission gear made by 45# steel ,it adopts helical gear driving and processed by high frequency quenching.Auto sprinkle lubricating system ensures the machine precise and use life 

8all the roller must be chrome –plating in order to increase the hardness

Slotter cutting part

1. Four slotter knives ,and be open the slot cut the corner 

2. The knives use the good material ,long use life 

3. Our slot knives can be same time adjust 

4. The phase can be adjust by electrical 360oC 

5. Feed roller all be chrome plate 

Die cutting part

1,rubber cushion imported from Taiwan

2,Double-worm abrasire belt cushion correction facility

3,Cushion axial floating automatically to improve the utilization rate of cushion. The range of floating is 0-20mm (from middle to left or right )

4,Speed difference self-compensating function

5,The axial adjustment of platen roller is hand-operated .Range:0-20mm(from  middle to left or right)

6,Die cutting phase is adjusted by electric planet geas.Keyless junction.

6.stacker part 

1. Machine platfrom part rise and down

1) Adopt photoelectric control  platfrom rising and down,safe fuction device installed protect the worker,

2) adopt the strength chain drive, paper pileing height 1600mm 

2.paper taking arm

1) pneumatic adjustement paper taking arm.

2)paper taking arm can collect and release and alone adjust the tight.

3)Transimission belt.

1) adopt tooth type strength belt. Gurantee Friction and service life

4.paper blocking holdeR

When the paper hurrying collect ,not need stop the machine, paper block auto rise ,after the collect the paper ,paper block auto fall down, not inflence the production.
