Mill system:
1. Malt miller to mill malt, to get the standard, broken but not crushing.

2. Malt lifting machine, to transferring malt from underground into big mashing tun.

Mashing system
1. 3 vessels mashing system // 2 vessels system can be also provided.

Inside finish: S.S.304 sheets, 2B quality original surface, seamless welds polished.
Insulation: Polyurethane foam on the side and bottom.
Cladding finish: copper plates or S.S.304 sheets option, polished into mirror surface.
Classic shape: onion-shaped cladding top head with vertical chimney.
Material: S.S.304 sheets, dished head as the inner bottom / cone-shaped cladding bottom.
2. Mashing heating system
With electric heating inside, electric heating pipes.
With steam heating Jacket on the body of tanks, steam boiler.
With direct fire heating underside, gas heating burner.
3. The optimization design
A. Mashing&lautering in one tank; boiling&whirlpool in one tank. And there is one hot water tank(HLT) to promote the mashing efficiency. Like the pictures.
B. With chimney on the top for Vapor venting
Then the steam water can flow down chimney, we can make one small tank to hold the steam water from chimney. These water can be used again on mashing process.
4. Operation platform and necessary fitting and tools
Fermenting system
As i said, this is one whole set of used craft/commercial beer brewery equipment so there are SUS304 stainless steel high quality fermentation tanks together. Please find the following pictures to check.
Simple saying for it, this is used to brew and fermenting beer for different fermenting time, after all different beer has different time for brewing. Like Lager beer needs 8-12days but Ale beer need about 3-5 days. So it makes the different flavor of beer.
As we all know, the most important for fermenters is that it can make a airtight environment for yeast growing under the suitable pressure to ensure the beer healthy and delicious, So we have CE&ISO CERTIFICATION, before shipping equipment engineer can also make the keeping pressure test in factory. This is very very important, so the vessel pressure is 1.5 bar / 3.0 bar.
