1. DIAMOND SQUARING WHEEL

Diamond Squaring Wheels are used to make modifying the uprightness of ceramic tiles four edges in order to achieve scheduled size. It is a necessary squaring tool for big size glaze ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and polished porcelain tiles. The advantages of our diamond squaring wheels can be summarized as following:

This is the most common used squaring tools for ceramic tiles edges. According to the segment structure it is classified into Segmented Squaring Wheel, Segmented-Continuous Rim Squaring Wheel and Continuous-Rim Squaring Wheel.

1.4.  DRY SQUARING WHEEL 

The advantage of these produces is to make squaring without water on ceramic tiles edges, which can achieve the same effect as traditional wet squaring way. By the traditional wet mode, the tiles body will absorb water and some water will be still remained after drying, so ceramic tiles may become mildew and dyed when storing and transportation. But by dry squaring mode, it can prevent effectively above mentioned quality problems, moreover the drying equipments and process become unnecessary, so the power consumption can be lowered, labor cost, drying equipments and related field can be saved.

These products are suitable for make dry squaring on glaze wall tiles. Our dry squaring wheels are approved for their high grinding and cutting efficiency, excellent effect and stabile performance.
