1. Overview of Prestressed Spun Concrete Pole Moulds
This Prestressed Concrete Spun Pole Mould is used for concrete electrical pole manufacutring. Its mainly manufacture technology is longitudinal tension by steel wires. Then it can squeeze out the excess water in the concrete under the centrifugal force. Thus, it can greatly improve the concrete density and strength.
In order to form the concrete more quickly to meet the design strength of more than 70%, steam curing can be carried out so as to shorten the mould-releasing cycle.
Our factory produces two categories of Pre-stressed concrete electric pole moulds, DMZ&DMD. The Prestressed Electrical Poles manufactured by this series equipments comply with national standard of JC/T364-2001.

3. Features of Prestressed Concrete Electric Pole Moulds
3.1 Welding technology, which enhances the smooth finish of the mould wall, and eliminates the uneven traces of rivet holes. So the concrete poles appearance will be improved significantly.
3.2 The cylinder is changed to U-type longitudinal stiffeners which can greatly increase the stiffness and flexural strength of the steel mould.
3.3 Install the slot with rubber sealing strip, in order to prevent leakage to ensure quality.
4. Working Principle of Prestressed Concrete Electric Pole Moulds
4.1 The steel mould should work together with electric pole centrifugal spinning machine. The steel mold should be placed on the spinning machine smoothly.
4.2 Put the mixed slurry into the mold and rotate in different directions under the motor driven.
4.3 In this process, the redundant water in the concrete is released by the force of centrifugal, and the concrete is dense and high strength. And then, the pole forms around the inner wall of the concrete pole mold.

Centrifugal spinning machine for prestressed spun concrete pole is operated by remote-controlled continuously variable motor. It runs smoothly and has a variable-speed range. So the production of concrete pipes are good of quality.
The base of the machine is welded in box-type structure, sturdiness and durability. The bearings are well sealed and reliable, long service. Random electric control equipment is complete and easy to operate.

4. Working Principle of Concrete Spun Pole Spinning Machine
4.1 Adding the slurry into the steel mold for concrete pole, it is driven quickly and rotating at the same speed of the machine. Each component is separated and released under the centrifugal force. Usually the higher the slurry rotate speed, the better the slurry separating effect.
4.2 Centrifugal sedimentation is the use of different density of each component in the slurry, which is rotated under the centrifugal force. To realize the liquid - solid (or liquid - liquid) separation.
4.3 The speed of separation is slow when the viscosity of slurry is high.
4.4 It is good for centrifugal sedimentation when the slurry density is different in each component.
