Product Description

 1. Cement Silo

 

 

(1)Introduction of Cement Silo

 

 

The cement silo is used for store the cement and pour the cement into the Automatic Concrete Mixer.

 

It includes the body of bin, level indictor, feeding tube, pressure safety valve or broken arch, manual butterfly valve and dust remover.

 

The height of tank is 9m, the diameter of tank is 3m, the cone height of cement silo is 2.6m, the discharging height of cement silo is greater than 1.5m and the height of laining legs of cement silo is greater than 4.1m.

 

 

(2) Manufactured Technology of Cement Silo

 

The parts of the cement silos are manufactured by special cutting and drilling technologies and they are implemented special surface cleaning procedure. The parts of the cement silos also are manufactured in sensitive production facilities with special equipments and they are painted with prime coating and final coating.

3. Concret Batching Machine

 

 

 

 

(1) Definition of Concrete Batching Machine

PLD series concrete Batching Machine  is a kind of sandstone proportioning and batching device, and it adopts lifting hopper or belt conveyor to supply material to the mixer. Concrete batching machine can mix more than three kinds of material. The aggregate ingredient system may be equipped with 2-5 aggregate storage bins and can automatically finish the batching procedures of materials such as sand, stone, cement, according to users'demand.

If PLD concrete batching machine combines with various types of mixers and other metering devices, then different types of concrete mixing plants can be formed.
 

(2) Features of Concrete Batching Machine

(1) Cement Scale

 

 

 

 

It is used for weighing the cement. Including  fly ash weighing hopper, pneumatic butterfly valve and sensors.

 

(2) Delivery system

 

 

 

We use the delivery system to transport the concrete. It is convenient for you to transport the concrete when you are producing the concrete poles. It also can save your time and labor.

 

This delivery system includes motor, reducer, rotation blade, flange and shell cover. Its conveying capacity is 25 tons per hour and the conveying length is 6m. The diameter of it is 190mm. And the diameter of its out-tube is 219mm. The motor power of this delivery system is 5.5KW.

 

(3) Intergrated Contol Cabinet

 

It is used for contolling the whole concrete minxing system. 

 

 All the machines of the concrete mixing system areinstalled with PLC control system and  an air compressor and steel supports.
