The main characteristics of the CNC hydraulic four roll plate bending machine

1. This plate bending machine are controlled by microcomputer, which could complete plate end pre-bending and bending to cylinder once load the metal plate on machine, do not need u-turn plate. 2. The four working rollers adopt steel 42CrMo, after forging, quenching and tempering, hardness is HB240~280, have advantages of good mechanical properties, high strength, strong wear resistance, suitable for high load operation, long service life. 3. The working roller bearing adopts rolling bearing, small friction coefficient, reducing the loss of reactive power, saving energy.

4. Lower roller and side rollers up and down were driven by hydraulic transmission, lifting displacement is controlled by computer, automatic leveling, screen digital display, and the synchronization accuracy is ± 0.2mm. Rolling is high precision, convenient operation.

5. Upper roller rotation is installed encoder; operator can identify roller rotary position, to find the seam of pipe.

6. The plate bending machine is provided with a movable operation panel, more convenient for operation personnel, touch screen displays the three rollers position, and enables the operator to stick out a mile.

7. Electrical control system applies smart high-speed PLC programmable controller from Japan OMRON company, which has protection function of man-machine dialogue, fault self-diagnosis, fault operation smart identification, machine parts monitoring, logic processing, power off memory, etc; the system has advantages of strong anti-interference capability, long service life, anti-seismic, running stable,etc.

8. Sensor of the machine, lower and side rollers lifting displacement transducer adopt with high precision sensor, to ensure the position precision and realize the roller position monitoring.

9. Main electrical components of high voltage part are all selected products from China Tianshui 213 factory, of long service life, long time and no fault.

10. Main valves of hydraulic system adopt the northern Taiwan Seiki products. These valves are casting passage, large discharge, small resistance, small pressure loss, low fever; make the machine more reliable performance. Hydraulic system oil pipe are hard pipe, rational and beautiful layout.

11. All hydraulic tube couplers adopt fast coupler of new metallurgical technology for mine, the coupler are reliable radial sealing, to ensure that the hydraulic system do not leak oil in working time.

12. The hydraulic system have filter for absorbing and returning oil, to ensure system clean; have air cleaner, to keep normal breath of oil tank and the evaporation of moisture; have dual channel of safety protection device, to ensure the use safety.

13. The unloading bearing body was driven by hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient to unload work piece after rolling. There are a safety interlocking device for turning and resetting the unloading bearing body. After the unloading bearing body turning, operator use the hydraulic cylinder to unload work piece easily, other action of machine are in standby state, recovery normal action only after the turnover bearing body resetting, thereby playing the role of safety protection.

14. the upper roller tail were set balancing device, the balancing device balance the upper roller when the turnover bearing body was turned over and work piece was unloaded, that is very convenient to unload the round work piece.

15. This plate bending machine adopts the integral base, strong rigidity, easy to hoist, easy to install. Machine racks and base adopt the welding structure that were annealed aging treatment and eliminated internal stress, improving the precision of rolling. The whole machine structure likes modular organization, beautiful appearance, more convenient to repair.
