Product Description

According to performance, powder coating pigments can be classified as: Coloring pigments, metallic pigments, functional pigments and filler pigments.

Coloring pigments include organic pigments and inorganic pigments, almost covering all the color hue.

Filler pigments contains: Titanium Dioxide (Anatase & Rutile), Calcium carbonate, Barium sulfate, Talcum powder, Bentonite, Quartz powder etc.

Metallic pigments mainly cover Aluminium powder pigments, Copper powder pigments, Nickel powder and Stainless steel powder.

Functional pigments have fluorescent pigments, luminescent pigments, high temperature pigments, electrical pigments.

For powder coating, pigments should have the following characteristics:

Good dispersion
Strong covering capability & tinting strength
Heat stability, temperature resistance > 160℃
Weather & light resistance
Medium oil absorption
Anti-bleeding, migration resistance.
Hydrophobic, less moisture
