Product Description:
The fibers, 250um, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound . A fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. Then the cable core is covered with a thin Polyethylene (PE) inner sheath, which is filled with jelly to protect it from water ingress. A layer of water blocking material is applied around the cable core to prevent it from water ingress all the same. After a corrgated steel tape armor is applied, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.

Here at Changguang we provide you technical assistance and informations. All of fiber optic
cable are tested by professional QC department. Including: Optical fiber performance,
Mechanic performance, Environment performance, etc.
Mechanical testing of Optical Fibre Cables is done to determine the quality of the Optical
FiberCable to withstand mechanical stresses and strains likely to be encountered in its
lifetime. Eachmechanical characteristics can be tested on testing machine for the particular
test.
All ChangGuang Cables shall have 30 years warranty.
Packaging & Shipping:

The cables will be shipped on disable wooden or treated wooden drums.Or customed based on
your requirement.
Inner packing: Steel reel on wooden drums which wrapped with insulated material;
Out packing: Protected by wooden batterns.
PS:The inner and outer ends of cable will be capped and made accessible for testing. A
direction of rotation arrow is marked on the drum together with the identification
