Hollow plastic ball/bulk plastic balls 25.4mm Plastic Hollow Flotation Ball has the advantages of high porosity, heat and corrosion-resistant chemical, pressure and low height of mass transfer unit, the pan-point, vapor-liquid contact with the full, the proportion of small, high efficiency and mass transfer. The use of various media in the temperature of 60-150 degrees Celsius, with extensive day of oil, chemicals, chlor-alkali, gas, and environmental protection industries in the tower of fill.
It made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has features such as high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 150 Degree C. For these reasons it is widely used in the packing towers in petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc.
