Wheel type nylon material cable lockout manufacture from ZC Technology, this year we have designed many many items locks, and all our products have a promotion season.

ECONOMIC CABLE LOCKOUT
Made from industrial resin body with insulating coated stainless steel rope.
Widely used in all sizes of gate valves and electrical cabinet switch lock.
Can be used as a haso and cable lockout, best for multiple application.
Incorporating solid steel die cut insert for holding the vinyl coated galvanized steel cable.
Two steel ropes available, 1.8m & 3m.

Multipurpose Cable Lockout
This cable lockout has been ergonomically designed to fit easily in the palm, 
making its placement and use - fast and simple.
Normally supplied with 1 Meter cable - Customized lengths can be supplied against order.
Route the cable where necessary to lockout the device then feed the cable down the center point at the top. When the cable is tight and the source is locked out, squeeze the handle and apply padlock.
Available in Vinyl coated steel core (Blue) and NYLON core De Electric (Yellow) cable versions to handle all kind of multiple locking.

Customization is available (OEM / ODM). Please feel free to tell us your needs.
Our range of cable lockouts are ideal devices for securing most valves,isolators and industral  machines.
 
Manufactured from an impact copolymer polypropylene with stainless steel internal parts and PVC coated steel cable,accepts 4-8Padlocks for multiple lock applications.

When should you LOCKOUT / TAGOUT?
Lockout / Tagout is necessary whenever you are performing service or maintenance in proximity to a machine where you could be injured by:
Unexpected start up of the equipment
Release of stored energy
Two Situations are most likely to need Lockout / Tagout:
When you must remove or bypass a guard or other safety device.
When you must place any part of your body where you could be caught by moving machinery.



The purpose of zero energy and lockout is to prevent the release of an energy source 
that could activate moving parts on equipment or machinery.

Delivery time for samples is about a week,and deliver time for bulk goods is about
15days or 20days.at the same, if there are same special situation,we can shorted
