Brewhouse System

Fermentation System

Fermentation happens in tanks which come in all sorts of forms, from enormous cylindro-conical vessels, through open stone vessels, to wooden vats.Most breweries today use cylindro-conical vessels, or CCVs, which have a conical bottom and a cylindrical top. The cone's aperture is typically around 60°, an angle that will allow the yeast to flow towards the cone's apex, but is not so steep as to take up too much vertical space.

Bright beer tank system

Glycol cooling System

Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling. Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers.

Usually for the large beer system,we s est with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with chiller +glycol water tank.

1.Insulated glycol water tank for glycol liquid holding and mixing

2. Efficiency chillers with freon to supply cooling energy
