RJ series of well type resistance furnace, the furnace is simple in structure, both pre pumped vacuum and protective atmosphere heat treatment furnace, resistance furnace shell is welded by steel plates, lining using lightweight refractory and heat insulating material inside wall brick masonry, shelf arrangement of electric heating element, the workpiece is disposed of in basket made of heat resistant steel. In order to ensure the heat treatment workpiece to be heated uniformly, lid is equipped with a wind machine (including: 160KW, 210KW fan is installed at the bottom of the hearth), forced air circulation, measurement and control of the furnace temperature into the wall of the furnace thermocouples temperature control meter, the furnace cover opening and closing the electric jack or a manual mechanism. Insulation adopts energy-saving furnace into super light-weight refractory fiber, with the use of electric furnace and the temperature control cabinet, the use of temperature can be automatically by PID program or manual control of electric furnace. Wire rod furnace is reliable.
