1BZ Series Heavy Hydraulic Offset Disc Harrows, with high-strength harrow frames and discs, are specially used in tougher soil condition for superficial plowing, shattering of clods, crashing and mixing crop residues or plant roots into soil as green manures, for preparation of soil before sowing. This series of disc harrows specially adopt hydraulic & tire mechanism to control cutting depth of harrow, and facilitate transportation during and after harrow working.

• 32×32 square harrow shaft used, 225mm spacing between discs, matching 7.00-9 tires

• High Carbon disc blade hardness: 38-44 HRC, assuring the toughness and wear ability of disc blade

• 120*120*6mm tubular structure with high-strength steel beam used, more durable in harrowing work

The Off Set Disc Harrow is manufactured as 16, 18, 20 to 36 discs and rollers trademarked by shandong tiansheng machinery co.,ltd. Our standard manufacture discs are with in diameter ø 510 mm, but it is also possible to manufacture - ø 460 or - ø 560 mm - ø 660 mm on demand. The most significant features of this model are the movable disc harrows and its carriage function is performed by 3-points mounting order. Because of this features it can be used on parted fields. Converting from mounted mode into movablemode at time of a operation on the fields are as simple as placing and removing a pin.
